Guide for oral presentation

- Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes, including Q&A session. 
- Check your presentation files (PPT or PDF) and submit before your presentation sessions.
- The official language of the conference is English.
- A computer and projector will be provided in each session room. Personal laptops may be used if necessary, subject to compatibility checks.

Guide for poster presentation

- Prepare your poster with size of 900 mm (width) x 1,100 mm (height).
- The official language of the conference is English.
- Posters must be installed in the designated poster area before the assigned poster session begins.
- Authors are requested to remain near their posters during the scheduled poster session to discuss their work with participants.
- Posters should be removed immediately after the poster session. The organizers are not responsible for posters left behind.
